McIlroy confident of major victory

Rory McIlroy is totally convinced that he will win majors some day.

Emerging from the scorer’s hut in Portugal, the teenager was stopped by a fan asking for autographs.

Holding out a book plastered with signatures, the fan said: “Rory, can you add your signature beside a couple of major winners because you might get there one day?”

Quick as a flash, McIlroy said: “What do you mean ‘might’!”

Talk about confident.
