Tour round-up: G-Mac's eagle two; rookie pros; Porthcawl; Moscow

PGA Tour — Graeme McDowell failed to shake off his jet lag and put in a tired finish but even at that he was still smiling after holing a three hybrid from 213 yards for an eagle two en route to a two under 68  in the first round of the RBC Canadian Open at Royal Montreal.

McDowell battling to avoid another missed cut

Six missed fairways and an average day on the greens proved costly for Graeme McDowell in the RBC Canadian Open at Glen Abbey. Graeme McDowell’s rollercoaster season shows now sign of slowing down after he was left facing his sixth missed cut in 10 starts after taking 32 putts in four over 76 in the RBC Canadian Open.
