World number three Charley Hull has confirmed she'll join Solheim Cup teammate Leona Maguire in the KPMG Women's Irish Open at The K Club from August 27-30.
"I am excited to return to the KPMG Irish Open this summer," said Hull, who finished fourth at Carton House last year, nine shots behind runaway winner Lottie Woad.
"Last year was my first time playing an event in Ireland, and it exceeded all expectations.
"The family-friendly atmosphere is one of the best crowds I have played in front of and a highlight from last year.
"Hopefully, they come out again to support us, particularly as we are moving to a new venue, The K Club.
"I've heard so many good things about this course and can't wait to get started."
The K Club's Palmer South Course, which has previously hosted three European Opens, will stage this year's event, and Maguire will be hoping to secure her maiden win on home soil.
"It means the world to me to be teeing it up at the KPMG Women's Irish Open again this year," Maguire said.
"There's something incredibly special about coming back home, playing on Irish soil at The K Club and feeling that support from the fans who've been behind me every step of the way.
"The atmosphere is always electric, and I'm really looking forward to embracing that and giving it my all in front of a home crowd."
The €450,000 KPMG Women's Irish Open has established itself as one of Europe's premier women's golf events since its return to the LET schedule in 2022 after a ten-year absence.
A strong Irish presence is expected again this year with Maguire and fellow LPGA Tour star and Kildare native Lauren Walsh likely to be joined by Arizona State star Beth Coulter, who hopes to turn professional this year.
Coulter, who plays the Augusta National Women's Amateur for the second time next month, will be reunited with former amateur teammates Anna Foster, Aine Donegan, Sara Byrne, Annabel Wilson and Canice Screene in a field that will also include Ireland's leading amateurs.
