Power seeking final round miracle at Q-School

Mark Power needs a miraculous final round to win his DP World Tour card but still has a lot to play for at the Qualifying School in Spain.
The Kilkenny star (25) made an eagle and three birdies in a two-under 69 on the Lakes Course at Infinitum in Tarragona to share 54th on eight-under-par after five rounds of the six-round marathon.
He's seven strokes outside the top 20 and ties, who will win cards, which means he likely needs a round in the low sixties to win his full card.
But should he fail to make that jump and finish inside the top 40 and ties, he will get a strong Category 9 card on the HotelPlanner Tour next year.
Finishing outside the top 40 would mean fewer starts in Category 13, which means he has plenty at stake in the final round at the Lakes Course.
At the top of the leaderboard, South Africa's Zander Lombard looks set to regain his card after extending his lead to seven shots.
Six clear overnight, he finished birdie-eagle to card a seven-under 64 and lead by seven strokes from Australian Connor McKinney on 29 under.
"It was really solid stuff tee to green," Lombard said. "Finishing birdie-eagle was a nice way to cap off the day."
He added: "It's proving to me that I shouldn't have been here in the first place. It's nice to see that I'm still capable of this sort of golf, and hopefully I can make my way back into that top 100 in the world."
American Davis Bryant and Zimbabwe's Benjamin Follett-Smith share third place on 21 under par, with Portugal's Daniel Rodrigues, India's Shubhankar Sharma and Frenchman Quentin Debove two shots further back in fifth.
McKinney is one of four players alongside Rodrigues, Argentina's Andres German Gallegos (tied 13th) and Brazil's Frederico Biondi Figueiredo (tied 17th) bidding to come through all three stages of Q-School to win cards
