Irish cut in European Amateur Championship

Irish quartet of hopefuls missed the 54-hole cut in the European Amateur Championship at Golf du Médoc Resort in France.
The cut fell at one-under 215 with Royal Dublin’s Max Kennedy finishing just two shots outside the mark on one-over after a third-round 70.
Sweden’s Ludvig Åberg followed rounds of 65 and 61 with a 70 to lead by three strokes on 18-under from Catalan David Puig.
