Play was suspended on day two of the Seniors Home Internationals due to high winds at Rosslare.

Ireland's Adrian Morrow had reached the 11th hole of the top match against Scotland's Nick Robson when the players were taken off the course. Matches will resume tomorrow at 8 am.

The last match out on course between England's Ian Crowther and Jeff Thomas of Wales only managed four holes before play was suspended. The foursomes series that was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon has been cancelled with all matches declared a half.

In the final series of matches Ireland will play Wales and England face Scotland. Instead of playing three foursomes and six singles, the teams will play seven singles only. The remaining two points will be shared equally so that in each match, the teams will start at 1-1.

Ireland lost 8-1 to holders England on day one and as Scotland beat Wales 6.5-2.5.
