Seamus Power shot over par on the PGA Tour for the eighth time in 11 third rounds this season to fall back from sixth to tied 22nd in the FedEx St Jude Classic in Memphis.

The West Waterford man made six bogeys and four birdies, adding a two-over par 72 to rounds of 69 and 65 slip five strokes behind Rafa Cabrera Bello (65), Ben Crane (68) and Stewart Cink (69) on four-under par at TPC Southwind.

The Munster star is ranked fourth for first round scoring (69.07) and 43rd in round two (70.27) but is now 130th in round three with (71.27).

He'll be hoping to do much better than his fourth-round scoring average of 72.30 today as he chases down the leaders and bids to move up from 144th in the FedEx Cup and into the top 125 who will keep their cards at the end of the regular season.

Graeme McDowell shot a one-over 71 and fell six places from 34th to tied 45th on one-under par.
