Leona Maguire will have a chance to notch her first top 10 finish since last summer’s Evian Championship at the Blue Bay LPGA in China.

The Co Cavan star carded a three-under 69 to move up to joint 11th on five-under, seven shots behind South Korea’s Mi Hyang Lee, who shot 71 to lead by three shots from Korea’s Hye-Jin Choi and China’s  Yu Liu on 12 under.

Rookie Lauren Walsh slipped to the back of the field on 12-over after a third-round 80.

It was also a tough day for LET rookie Aine Donegan in the Australian Women's Classic near Sydney.

The Ennis star made little on the greens and shot a two-over 74 to share 33rd on one-under at Magenta Shores Golf & Country Club.

Australian Kelsey Bennett carded a 70 to lead by a shot from England’s  Caley McGinty (68) and Meghan MacLaren (70) on 12-under.
