These events provide unrivalled playing opportunities for the next generation of players coming through and it’s a privilege to be a part of something so positive for the game. As a company, we are passionate about investing through sport and with our Sponsorship of the Rose Ladies Series, which does an amazing job in the UK, this was a natural extension of our Sponsorship portfolio.

John Rooney, Managing Director of Flogas, commented: “Flogas are delighted to be partnering with the Women’s Irish Challenge. We have a long and proud history of Golf sponsorship in Ireland, sponsoring men’s, women’s, club, and underage tournaments, and in recent years, we have also partnered with a number of male and female professionals.  The Women’s Irish Challenge is an important extension to our portfolio as we continue our commitment to supporting Irish Golf at all levels”.

The event comes on the heels of the continued success of the KPMG Women’s Irish Open, and further cements Ireland’s growing status in women’s golf. It will also serve as a valuable development platform for emerging pros and elite amateurs across Europe.

Hosted at Malahide Golf Club, home to Ryder Cup legend Philip Walton, the Women’s Irish Challenge promises a thrilling test on a championship course set against the scenic backdrop of Dublin’s north coast.
