Kildare's Lauren Walsh held on to tenth spot in the Ladies European Tour Order of Merit when she tied for 31st in the Aramco China Championship.

The Castlewarden golfer closed with a level par 73 to finish on five under at Mission Hills China.

She now heads into the final event of the season with a chance to secure a spot at the final stage of the LPGA Qualifying School, awarded to the top 10 on the LET this season.

Anna Foster fell two places to 42nd after missing the cut in China,

China's Ruixin Liu shot a five-under 68 to win by three shots on 16-under-par from Switzerland's Chiara Tamburlini (66), Chinese duo Liqi Zeng (67) and Qianhui Lin (69), and overnight leader Trichat Cheenglab of Thailand (72) on 16 under.

The LET now takes a two-week break before the season-ending Andalucía Costa del Sol Open de España from 27-30 November.
