Mount Temple Scratch Cups set for May 1

Mount Temple Golf Club's 16th hole

Mount Temple Golf Club is hosting its annual Senior, Junior and Intermediate Scratch Cups on Sunday, 1 May.

The event is sponsored by Entegro Network Ingenuity and will b hosted on the championship course which hosted last year’s Willie Nolan Trophy, a two-day PGA event attended by over 80 of Ireland’s top PGA professionals.

Simon Thornton (Tulfarris) won this event creating a new course record of 66, clipping a shot off the previous course record set by Shane Lowry as an amateur off plus three in 2007.
