Another strong field for Flogas Irish Scratch Series at The K Club

A host of new faces will tee it up Monday’s Flogas sponsored Irish Scratch Series event at The K Club.

The likes of David Carey, who shot 57 on the Alps Tour last year, Sunshine Tour player Neil O Briain, former Walker Cup star Gary Hurley and Irish internationals Sean Flanagan and Peter O’Keeffe are set to tee it up on the Palmer South Course, formerly known as the Smurfit Course.

Former Curtis Cup star Danielle McVeigh will also be in action in a field that also features John-Ross Galbraith, Dermot McElroy, European Tour player Jonny Caldwell and fellow professionals Conor O’Rourke, Conor Purcell, Gary Hurley, Paul McBride.

Open to amateurs and professionals, the maximum handicap allowed is 9 for ladies and 6 for men for the weekly Monday events.

Entry fee is €50 for amateurs and €40 for professionals and must be paid by card only on check-in at the pro’s shop.
