    Heavy load training

    Getting stuck into some heavy training this week.

     

    • Squats
    • Deadlifts
    • Chin ups
    • Dips
    • Bench Press
    • Lumberjack Press
    • Bent Over Row


    All heavy. Legs are gonna fall off  tonight  :-)

    For those of you with no gym to go to, there is plenty of bodyweight stuff for you to do all in the privacy of your own home.

    • Press ups
    • Lunges
    • Tuck jumps
    • Toe touches
    • Spidermans
    • Plank
    • Supermans
    • Drop squats
    • Throw them all in a circuit and do them fast.
