Punk revival

Mr P gets a cover all to himself. Could be a while before it’s just him and RoryGolf Punk is back as a digital only magazine. Not only it is spectacularly well designed, it features a cover than could become a collector’s item. It’s not Rory McIlroy.

The curly-haired wonder from Co Down looks set to peer out at us from front cover of every golf magazine from now until next April’s Masters. If it’s not him, it will be Tiger.

As Golf Punk cover boy Ian Poulter told Golf World UK four years ago: “Don’t get me wrong, I really respect every professional golfer, but I know I haven’t played to my full potential and when that happens, it will be just me and Tiger.”

Golf Punk’s cover is Poulter’s homage to start of the McIlroy era. A Rory-Poults Ryder Cup partnership anyone?
