Stephen Browne and Colm Moriarty must head to the Final Stage of the European Tour Qualifying School next month.

The Irish pair failed to finish in the top 20 in the rankings following the Challenge Tour's Grand Final in Italy.

Both men needed to take one of the top two spots top secure their cards but Browne finished tied 17th after a closing 71 with Moriarty 31st after a 68.

The top 30 and ties will win cards at next month's Q-School finals at San Roque in Spain.

Frenchman Michael Lorenzo-Vera won the Challenge Tour rankings thanks to his one-shot win in the Grand Final.
